How can I show only the signature?

I have a question . When I send a document to someone to sign it. And when he finished signing it. His name and date appear below the signature. How can I show only the signature without name and date?

Log in to Adobe Sign in the browser. Navigate to the Accounts tab> Account Settings>Signature preferences and uncheck the option "Use well-formatted signatures and initials" - see screenshot below

If your do not have an accounts tab then this option is not available in the plan you purchased.
