It's sending all my agreements out from my personal email. I changed my adobe account's email to the business address but the echosign account didn't change. "Edit profile" doesn't allow editing of the email address.

Hi All,
Changing your email depends on the type of account you are holding.
If you login using your Adobe Id and you need to change your Adobe ID (FYI, Adobe ID logins are different then Adobe Sign ID logins), you can do so by following steps on this page: Manage your Adobe ID account
If you login using your Adobe Sign ID, you can change your email from 'My Profile' page.
You may have to contact your Admin in other cases.
In any case, best way to do this is to get in touch with our email support @ support@echosign.com so that they can guide you better on the basis of account type you are holding.

I have that same problem too. I updated my information on Adobe, but Adobe Sign did not update. I even waited a few days to see if it just needed time, but there's no difference and I'm hoping to send a contract soon to a client.

I have the same issue, just got Adobe Acrobat Pro DC as part of team plan at work, but when sending PDF for signature the email comes with my name and I need it to show the company name instead, please help as otherwise recipients do not recognise who the email is from.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to use Adobe Sign in Acrobat Pro. I have multiple emails and want it to come from a particular email that is not the one I use for Adobe correspondence. I tried to go into to Acrobat Preferences and add the email account and set it as default but it still isn't working. Need help asap for a time sensitive form.
