Hello:
I am having issues accessing the "access code" for my Adobe Echosign Documents. According to https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/alternative-signing-process.html
I should be able to access the Access Code through Manage>Clicking on the document.
However, that Access Code is not visible. My view has the "replace signer" and "upload a document" link but no "access code" Can anyone advise?
