How to copy a Web Form to create a new one?

Hi, I need to make a few of the exact same Web Forms but just with different co-signers, the Web forms are fairly complex and take about an hour to set up. Essentially I just need to have the exact same form, just with different cosigners attached, currently there is no way to copy the form and paste it. There must be a way more efficient way than to waste 20 hours making the same web form again and again and just changing the cosigners right?

You do a template of the form and with that template you can reuse this form in as many ways as you see fit.

See here how to:

Hello, ls_rbls.  I believe the question from terryp56765193 relates to Web Forms, not Templates. We have the same need and there appears to be no way to copy or even rename web forms in Sign. All we can do is hide or unhide them. Perhaps there is some sort of technical reason for this, but it is inconvenient. One company that I know has 150 forms they want to put in Sign. Many of the forms are very similar and have dozens of fields. Copying them would save a huge amount of work. Also, one cannot edit a form to change the participants. If one creates a form with 4 participants and then notice a 5th participant is needed, the form has to be created again.

I am almlost sure that I read  somewhere in the links I posted something about reusing a previously created PDF to publish or share a webform.

I will dig further to clarify if this.

It may also be possible that you need to upgrade the current Adobe Sign plan to a Business plan or above.

Are you trying to find these features with the Individual plan version?

I have the same need.

Will Adobe Sign webforms at some point include the ability to rename, edit recipients, delete, copy?

Copying is not available, but a template can be saved as a form field layer and that can be applied to new templates and adjusted as needed. There is a more complete answer in this community response:
