Hi
I'm a group admin in Adobe Sign. I'm trying to delete workflows but can't find a way to do that !
I've contacted the Console Admin and he doesn't seem to have this option either.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks !
Louis

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
As you are trying to delete the Workflow, you will need to open it, and then you will get the option to delete the Workflow.
Please check the screenshot below:
Let us know if you experience any issues.
Thanks,

Thanks for the response but it doesnt help in my case : there's an error with the workflow which prevents me from deactivating it - hence my question as to how to delete the workflow!

Hey Louis24674466v9kf!
Would you mind sharing the screenshot or the screen recording of the Workflow?
Share the error message you get.
Did you create this workflow?
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I'm seeing the same behavior you're seeing. For us, it seems to happen when a user deletes a template without first deleting the workflow that the template relies on. I'm not sure why this is allowed by Adobe Sign since it generates this error behavior. No solution from support yet at this time. We're unable to edit, deactivate, or delete the affected workflow. Attempting to make any changes produces the error text "The document template has an inconsistent access scope for this Workflow. Please click Edit Scope and adjust the document scope to an appropriate level". However, I'm unable to edit the document's scope because the template no longer exists. When I click "Edit Scope" I receive the error "invalid agreement id". I'm also not able to remove the document/template from this workflow and/or replace it, since I receive the scope error whenever I attempt to commit any changes to the workflow.
