Is there a way to disable the audit report (document history page) added to the file after signing?
Hello Michael,
If you have business level account, you can disable the Audit report by going to Account tab->Account settings->Global Settings and then uncheck "Attach audit report to signed copy".

Same question, I don't seem to be able to find an answer for this in the existing support forums?

What if it isn't a business account? Mine does not appear to have a "global settings" option and I cannot locate anything else that provides an option to automatically attaching the audit reports (in my case, I want them attached to the documents when they're downloaded, which does not appear to be the default).

Adobe-That answer is horseshit and you know it. You're a better company than that.

Rijul,
Your information is incorrect, I have a business account along with the teams edition and I am still unable to have it removed. I have contacted support and you have to have the Enterpise Sign to remove this and of course it's $$$$

I don't have the Enterprise sign and I have it removed. You can download separately the pdf and the audit report from the web app. Just open the Adobe Acrobat in your browser, open the agreement and there you have download pdf and download audit. You can also print as a pdf and then just delete the audit pages.

This issue is the signer is getting a copy of the audit and thats what not wanted. We dont care if our records contain it just not the signer records.

Great - but this isn't workable for 1-2 dozen or more documents per week. I don't understand why the option to append the audit report or not is not available to users. Adobe software gets harder and harder to use every year...

Agree with Anna. I am going to look for alternative options.

If you go to the Adobe sign page, and log in with your Adobe account, you can download the pdfs without the audit report/document history.

Yes! This is the best and easiest answer and should be at the very top. Thank you!! ❤️

Just as a comment, if you use Microsoft Power Automate to get a document signed you get the option for the download to include the audit page or not.
