How to find the Adobe Sign Build Numer?

Community Beginner ,

I would like to know how to tell that the March 2023 build was put in place.  With my company being in a regulated industry we need to be able to show we remain in a qualified (validated) state.  To do this we use change control and testing when needed.  One of the tests is to show the version we are on matches what the release notes say we should be on.  I know there was an update/patch in March 2023 and the changes show up but what I can’t seem to find is the build identification.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi @James H-GOJO I'm assuming you are on an Enterprise managed account - you should be able to contact Adobe support directly via the Admin Console and clicking the Support tab. They should be able to better serve you based on your account specifics.

Thank you Kevin. Unfortunately Adobe support said there isn't a way because it is web based. I tried explaining to them that really isn't acceptable when one is trying to document we are still in compliance from the initial install. Those that work in a regulated environment should understand where I am coming from. Think change control and IQ.
