How do you move PDF's that were built and tested on a development account to the production account? Does anyone have tips or can explain how they accomplished this goal?

Thank you.

Hello Jdtheisen,

It's not possible to move the templates from one account to another. You can either share the templates to users associated in your account or can change the email address of the account ( having templates stored in it) to required one in order to login with it.

Let me know if that helps or not.

Regards,

-Rijul

This was from one of your support people -

Documents and Templates are linked to the email address, with which users register with EchoSign.
We can move any user from the Development EchoSign account to your Production EchoSign account, from our back end. Once moved, all the documents and templates will be accessible from the Production account.

In this case, as you Development account was created using the Gmail address, we need to move all the users from that account to the Production account.
But in order to do so, we need the consent of both the account admins.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
