Como faço para ativar o salvamento de progresso das respostas em um formulário da web? Pois quando um participante atualiza a página, perde-se todo o progresso e tem que começar de novo...

Me refiro as informações adicionadas pelos participantes. Eu tenho um formulário, por exemplo, com 50 questões, e ocorreu um caso do participante estar na questão 30 e ai ele atualizou a página e perdeu tudo que ele já tinha respondido, tendo que recomeçar. Existe alguma maneira de manter o progresso mesmo se a página for atualizada? Igual é no google forms.

eu crio um formulário da web, configuro os campos que devem ser preenchidos e depois copio a URL desse formulário da web e mando para os participantes que devem responder. Eu vou deixar abaixo o link que eu envio para os participantes, aqui para você ver.

As we understand, the participant enters the information in the form and leaves to update the rest of the fields later. However, everything added before is lost when he returns to add the information. Is that correct?   

Or when the user adds the information in a go, suddenly the information already added to form losts.
