Client wants to send a completed signed document to an email address who was not an approver or signer. However they don't want that email to be included as a CC as they will see the email along the signature process.
--There is the option for "Limited Document Visibility." This seems to be more around limiting the files a user can see during the process.
--There is a External archive option, but thats not really the use case either.
Use Case:
Employee And Manager have review. Review goes out for signature by employee and manager. Upon completion of signatures, a copy of the signed review should be emailed to the manager's manager.
Hello Charliesmiley,
The best option would be to use External archive and setup an email to receive extra signed copy. The email address is set BCC and not CC while sending signed document to externally archived email address.
Also, you can manually share the signed document by going to Manage tab and single click document under Signed section and on right, click Share tab to provide email address.

Thanks for the response. That is where I thought we were headed. The Archive seems logical but that setting is at the account level and they may not want every template sending their signed agreements to that one email.
As for sharing, we were looking for something a bit more automated.
However, we can try to work around these.
Again - Thanks for the response.

Hello Charliesmiley,
You can set "Send an extra copy of every signed agreement to these email addresses" at Group level as well by going to Account tab->Groups->Single click Group and select Group Settings and enter email address.

Thanks Again Rijul Raj Khurana.
That does help narrow it down if we added the user to that group. However, they wanted to be able to do this by template as opposed to an overall setting by account or by group.
I appreciate the feedback.
