I recently upgraded from an Individual account to a Business account with two licenses because I hired an employee who will need to utilize our Adobe Sign. When I was upgrading, the agent I worked with via chat assured me that my existing templates would carry over and I would be able to share them for use with the other license user.
However, I am not able to change the permissions on existing templates. It doesn't even give me an option for that under the dropdown for Template Properties. When I create a new template, I don't get the option to make it a reusable form, used by anyone in my organization. I also don't have the "tool" box for Creating a Reusable Template. So even recreating all of my templates to make them accessible to the other user isn't an option. Obviously, I want to avoid that anyway because there are dozens of templates that have been created over a year's time as needed.
I have spent hours with support the last two days. One agent even logged into my computer remotely to try for themselves. They told me to screenshot via video, and they would email me a link to send the video to their engineers. That never happened.
I feel like something isn't right with my account, as if I still only have the abilities of an Individual user, rather than the admin of a business or Teams account. Please help! My entire business revolves around contracts and we are at a complete standstill due to this. I literally can't train my employee to do the job I hired them to do.

We checked your account using the email address you used to sign in to the Community page. It does not show the account as a business. Did you use an alternate email address? If yes, please share the email address in a private message so we can check the entitlement. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
