I've paid for an annual subscription to Adobe Sign but I can't login. I downloaded the app on my Iphone and went through the steps to pay for the subscription. When I try to log on it won't let me. It says my trial has expired and it makes me go through the purchase again. When I try to purchase it again it says I already have. I've used Adobe chat twice and called the 1-800 and have no one could fix my account. The kept referring me to this forum. Thanks C.L. Russell

As you mentioned above, you are not able to sign in on your Adobe Sign mobile application.
When you open the application on your mobile, you will find an "Adobe ID" button.
Please click on that and then try to sign in with your email address and the password.

Sam's has happened to me. I want my money back. I haven't gotten any resolution to my problem in over 6 months. Adobe says it Apple, Apple says it's adobe. Adobe said I have an active account about won't let me past the sign up screen. I deleted it and reloaded it.. loosing all of my work that I had in there. I'm so mad. Nothing has worked. I've signed into every available account and I difference.
