Is the document locked after signing?

Once a document is signed. Are all fields locked? If not, can they be locked? And if they can be locked, can they be unlocked by an Admin only?

Once the document is esigned, the document is secured and protected and it's not possible to edit or modify its content ( as well as the form fields applied in it).

With version 2015.009.20069 does signing lock comments, text boxes, and other annotations also?  If not, how can that be accomplished?
