We have several people sending out agreements for approvals.  We are seeking to enable a central support team to pull a report of agreements that have been shared with them on who has been sent the agreement and approval is pending or completed.

Following the instructions provided is working for agreements that I authored and sent out.  It is not working for creating reports for agreements where someone has "Shared" or "authorized me to view their account".  When in the "Manage" option and selecting the "All shared agreements" option... I am able to see all the agreements sent out and their approval status.  I am just not yet able to export a report with this status information.

I am going to try to talk with the team that currently manages our AdobeSign subscription to see if they are aware of a way to modify my Authority level in the system to support this subject.  If you have the values my account should be set to in order for this function to work... please let me know.

There are 3 user roles.  For you to able to see all agreements sent out, you need Privacy administration.

I doubt my organization will grant me rights to see all agreements.  We are a very big company.  Please forward through to who ever manages planning of future enhancements... that if a person shares their aggreements with another user... so they are viewable under the manage option... there should be a way for users to run a report on aggreements that have been shared with them... and not have to jump directly to gaining access to see all agreements.

Check out this you tube video.  Very helpful for shared documents.

Basic and Advanced Account Sharing are all working as profiled in the video.  What has been identified as not currently available in your product is to run a report on shared agreements.  It seems like many other folks would have a similar need to run a report on shared aggrements... without having to be granted privacy admin rights causing those users to see more agreements that are currently shared with them.

Follow up question... Are users that are part of a defined group... able to run reports on agreements created by anyone that is part of that group?

I just wanted to add a profile to our use case.  We have ~5 users sending out the same agreement.  We can have 1,000 or more people with a need to approve the agreement.  Our need is for a support team that has been shared access to view agreement approval statutus to provide reporting on who has approved and who is still pending to approve the agreement.  Our preference is to not grant this support team admin rights causing them to see more than just the agreements they have been shared access to view.
