I cannot log-in to Adobe Sign.  For some time it has taken more than 5 attempts to successfully log-in.  Can someone somewhere resolve this for me because the on-line Adobe customer care facility clearly can't or won't.  I would add I have not forgotten my password, in fact i have re-set it and it still doesn't work.
