Have a simple PDF template and have entered text in all the appropriate boxes. This saves without issue. However when I try to send the document for e-signature, at the point I enter the recipients e-mail details, the template boxes empty of all the saved text.

Hi,

Did you use the 'E-Sign > Request e-Signatures' menu in Acrobat pro's interface or the 'Send file by Email' option?

When I tested it, the E-Sign > Request e-Signatures worked well, except I had to sign the 2 sides at the bottom. The text did not disappear.

To get mutiple signatures, did you try Send documents for e-signatures from multiple people, Adobe Acrobat

Hi ACORN30918004lx7e,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please share more information about the issue you are experiencing.

How are you trying to send the document for signature? It would be helpful to share the screenshot of the window where the text gets removed.

Let us know if the issue is resolved already.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
