Message Template not working in Group or Account Settings

Hi

Having done my research, I believe I needed to set up the message template in both areas - group and account settings, which I have done but this hasn't appeared for users in the default group nor for the admins in the admin group. 

Can anyone shed some light please?   The screendumps below look the same but one is the group template the other is the account template.

Hello @Lisonali,

 

Message Templates are language specific. If you created a template in a specific language, it will only be visible to users when they select that language at the time of sending a document. In your case, it looks like you created them in English:UK, kindly have the users and group admins check if they are using the same language on the interface. Also, group specific templates are only visible to the members of the group and follow the same language mechanism.
