Hi I have sent a document to two different people to be signed. One has completed it but I have noticed that the email address of the 2nd signatory is incorrect. How can I re-send the partially signed document to the second person using their correct email address?

If your account has "Replace Recipient" activated under the Accounts Tab>Account Settings> Global settings>Replace Recipient (not sure if this is available in the individual plan but definitely available in Business and Enterprise versions)
then you are able to replace the signer from the Manage Tab >In Progress then click the agreement so that right-hand side panel is visible and in the section that shows the recipients click on the recipient with the incorrect email address should be next in the signing queue and click replace signer
