No "Send" after signing (Fill and Sign) in Chrome, works in Edge!

I have a user that could sign documents, but now cannot.

 

The user clicks the emailed document link which loads in Chrome (for now). He clicks on his signature field in the document, then his signature image appears, and finally, a widget appears pointing to the bottom of the document to complete the operation (to Send), yet the bar containing the send button does not appear.

 

Something does happen down there though, like it wants to pop up, but gets suppressed. The really weird thing is if I choose to open the document link in Edge, he is able to sign and send without a problem. So the issue is definately tied to his instance of Chrome browser.

 

I have been testing and looking for an answer to no avail. Have any of you folks run into this? How did you fix it? (thanks in advance!)

Embarrased to say that problem was the bottom of the Chrome browser window was below the bottom of the screen. Yeah, I did that.
