Password not recognized

When the sign-in box appears and requests a password, after entering the password and actioning the sign button, it says " incorrect password". I have changed the password, received acknowledgement of change abd can sign in to my account. However the sign-in box will not accept the password. How do I correct this?

Could you please confirm if you are referring to Adobe Sign or Digital Signature?
