I have recently been added to an enterprise account with my business, but I had accidentally created a personal account using the same email address previously. Now, when attempting to log in, I am met with the error "Your email and password do not match. Please try again.". I am unable to log in to either account now as a result of this discrepancy.
Is there a way to delete my personal account without being able to log in, so that I can maybe use my email address for access to the enterprise account? I am looking up email swapping instructions in the support community, but it's not helpful since I cannot log in to either account currently.
Have something to add?
