Hello,

I am looking for a way to have the following process:

  1. A visitor to a web site clicks on a link to sign the document
  2. visitor is asked to enter some minimal information like name and email address
  3. visitor recieves an email with an access code to validate the request
  4. after entering the access code visitor is presented with the document to sign. the document must already be pre-signed by someoen from our company.
  5.  after visotors completes some required fields and signs the document, both parties recieve the signed document.

I know Docusign can do this, but I have an account with Adobe Sign and would like to implement such a process is possible.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it can be done using web forms.  Check out this link - Adobe Acrobat Sign Web Forms for detailed information.
