Problem!Not access my files!

I was asked to create an account and after that I cannot access any file on my iPad. Please help me. I don’t want to loose my files because they are very important. Thank you in advance

Hi Chrimi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are trying to access the Adobe Sign account on your iPad, please make sure that you use the same email address and password to access the application.

Then only you will be able to view all the files on your account.

As you have mentioned that you were asked to create an account, there must be also an option to sign in there on the Adobe Sign mobile application.

If you are signed in with another email address, then you will not be able to view any of the files.
