I have sent an AdobeSign proof to one address, and cc'ed to a second address. Only one of them needs to sign it off for approval. How can I save it without a second signature?

Hi Designb,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you need to send the document to multiple users.

However, you need the signature from one user only. That can be done in Adobe Sign.

In this case, you need to add the signer in the "Recipients" field on the send page and others in the CC field.

To add users in CC field, click on Show CC option as shown below in the screenshot:

Show cc.JPG

Then add the email address of the user to which you just need to share the document.

Hi Designb,

Adding an email address in CC will not add a signature field for that user in the document.

The user in CC will receive an email when the document is sent or signed.

Make sure to check the box for "Preview & Add Signature Field" before clicking on the Send button.

Then on the preview page, you can assign or add the form fields for the user.

Hope that answer your query.

Let us know if you are referring to something else or need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
