I work for a law firm in the UK and am wondering if Adobe Sign has a certain feature.
When someone wants to instruct us to use our conveyancing service, we send out a 'pack' of forms that the client needs to fill in and sign (multiple signatures) - including bank information, personal details etc etc. When they send these back to us all signed, some of the forms in this pack need to be sent to estate agents or other solicitors.
Our ideal situation is as follows -
1. We send out a pack full of these fillable forms in one email (request signature from the client).
2. Client signs where required and fills all the necessary information in, all in one go with all forms together on one PDF, and sends it back to us.
3. Instead of it returning all together in the pack, we would prefer it to send back to us with all the forms seperated as attachment in an email to us.
As this makes it very easy for my colleagues to send some of these forms on to third parties.
We could just send the entire pack to the third parties but it includes sensitive information for our client and therefor isnt an option.
We could also just use "tools" "organise pages" and seperate them that way. but unfortunately we are limited to how much our Case Management System can intergrate and also we want to avoid saving any client details anywhere outside our CMS.
I hope that makes sense?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.

Hey!
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delay in response.
In Adobe Sign, there is a feature that keeps the documents separated after signing. You can send multiple documents at once to the signer, however, you will receive documents separately after they are signed.
We did check that you are using the Adobe Sign individual account. The feature is only available in the Adobe Sign business or enterprise account. For more information, you may refer to this help link: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/split-up-a-signed-document.html
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
