Hello,

My colleague is having a problem (with Acrobat Sign) after updating Acrobat Pro. Now when she adds me as a signer and then adds another colleague in the CC field, she gets an error returned (see screenshot attached).

But if she removes the CC and tries again, it goes through fine. Is anyone else experiencing this (or aware of a fix)?

Hi Scott24226223g4md,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you get the error, please check if it happens with a particualr document. Check if you can send the document using the web application.

Try creating a test PDF and save it locally on machine. Then try sending it using the same steps and check if you get the error or not.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
