"Signature Requested on Document" Email - Can I edit my name/signature?

Hi everyone! I am new to Adobe sign and had a question regarding the E-mails that are sent out with documents for signatures. I wanted to see if I could somehow edit my name to add in my Business/Company name. Please see the picture below to see which area I am talking about. Thank you so much!
