Please try changing the Web session duration under Account Settings> Security Settings. The settings will be available under the Admin account. If you are not the Admin of the Acrobat Sign account, please check with the account admin in your company. Please check the screenshot below for reference:

@Wings ATS chances are is hat Sign is runs on both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure! Which means, Microsoft Azure is having technical issues at this time! — but just double checking, check your internet speed!
