Reminders - still being sent after documents have been signed

I have started to use the "reminder" function but notice they still go out after a documents have been signed and filed. Does anyone know if this is a bug (have seen some forum posts where reminders are being sent after a document has been cancelled) or is there a setting I am missing?

Hi Robertlopez,

Please private message me Sender email address, Signer Email address, document name & the date on which the document was sent, so that we can check the transactions details.  It might be possible that you have send the same document twice to the Signer.

I have deleted document. Basically we remove all signed documents, every few days, for security reasons. Your response, however, suggests reminders should cease once a document is signed. I will setup a test document to see if we can repeat error and advise from there. Thank you for response.

I am having this same problem. I sent out a series of documents to be signed, only once to each user, and each of them was sent a reminder, dated after the "signed" date (I'm viewing signed dates and reminder dates on the dashboard). AadeshSingh has there been any updates on this bug? This makes the reminders essentially useless. Thanks.

Hello .

We are now in 2021, and I am having the same issue as robert.

Reminders being sent when the 2 x signatories have already signed. I do not find the option "stop all reminders". This concerns unique/new documents as well as documents that I had to RESEND to the same signatories, but with a different NAME/Title for the document. 

I' d be glad if you can help me too. Best regards
