I've seen a request for support on this several times:
But have never seen a functional resolution. I am quite certain we have a business account (we manage our accounts from adminconsole.adobe.com. We have both Adobe Reader DC and Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 for this particular user. However nowhere in the application, or when digitally signing the PDF through the web browser, do we have the option of removing the audit report.
Our workaround was to use Microsoft Print to PDF to save a final copy without the last page which is the Audit Report, but surely there is a better way.

You do not need to upgrade to a business account in order to access your signed document without the final audit report. The final audit report is attached ONLY to the copy of the signed document that is E-MAILED to you in the notification e-mail. Thus, to access the signed document without an attached final audit report, do not open the signed document attached to the notification e-mail. Instead, do this:
1. Open your Adobe app;
2. Click on the "E-sign" tab in the top left corner;
3. Select "Manage All Agreements;
4. Click on the signed document you want to access. The final audit report is not attached.
5. Save the document to the appropriate file.
