Request signature does not work at all!

For some reason the request signature functionality does not seem to work at all. I tried with the (up to date) desktop as well as with the web version. Desktop doesn't react at all and web version ends up with an infinite spinner. 

I have used this feature in the past, not sure how Adobe managed to messed that up so badly but this has been the only useful feature of Acrobat for me. Will never vote to buy any Adobe product again, really terrible experience...
