Send multiple documents for e-sign and they are automatically combined into one document

I used to have no problem sending multiple documents at once for e-sign. I just drag all documents into the e-sign window and once the e-sign is done, I can just download each individual document separately. 

But it's not the case anymore since about 1 month ago. Right now when I try to send multiple documents for e-sign, the system just automatically combines them into one document. And once the e-sign is done,  I can no longer download individual documents. Even though the 'download individual files' option is still there, it's just this one combined document available for download. 

Anyone has the same issue? Any fixes? Thanks.

Hi All,

Just compiling some solutions from different people here for all:

Option 1.

The quick fix to that is, to click on more options as below and then add files one by one.

Option 2:

Go back to old experience of signing. - Mentioned by (Queensland Fi33359140zo1d)

Option 3

Use the cloud based interface on acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and the screen there is same as what one would get when pressing more options as in Option 1.

Please advise if it is not working and I will update this 🙂

options one and three do not do it. you may have missed the point of this thread. i also don't understand what your second option is suggesting; those are my current settings.

Once you enter the recipient's email address, click on more options. Once you do that, It brings you to the screen where you can add additional recipients and files to sign.

On my main page on my version? welcome page. I click on see all tools, another page opens  "All tools" scroll down to e-sign and click "Send in Bulk"  same old Add signatures in bulk" drag and drop files!

Can you share a screen shot? I do not see a "Send in Bulk" option under e-sign
