Show Signature, Email, Title, Company on the digital signature when signing through API integration

Hi, I want the agreement to show Signature, Email, Title, Company on the digital signature when signing through API integration.

For now, it shows only Signature and Email:

I want it to show like this:

Question is
1) Can I send Title and Company using API Integration?
2) If I can send, will it be shown automatically after signed?

Just need to add the fields and assign them to the signer.

That is for creating agreement manually right? What I am looking for is how to send the company and title through API. is it possible to do?
