The Adobe Sign app produces an error when i sign a document. The same document however has no issue with the same signature when signed online.
signature error message is that the signature is out of bounds.
any ideas to resolve this issue?

@ridwaan_5426 have you tried to see if there is an update(s) on your mobile device? Sometimes an older device will update it's OS and how it renders and plac elements on the screen, so I would make sure your mobile device is up to date and that the app as well. Once it's updated, I would shut-down (power off the phone for a few seconds) before rebooting the phone. This will clear and refrsh memory or resource conflicts; If this still doesn't work, a simple uninstall and then reinstall the Adobe Sign app.
