We are integrating Adobe Sign into our workflow. The workflow consists of three processes, and each process requires signatures. We have just created three signature positions: {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}} for processe 1, {{Sig_es_:signer2:signature}} for processe 2, and {{Sig_es_:signer3:signature}} processe 3. For each process, we are calling the ‘IO.Swagger.Api.AgreementsApi CreateAgreements’ method. The first process can successfully sign singer1, the second and third processes fail to recognize the positions of signer2 and signer3.. Is there any mistake in the way we are using it?

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan. If you have an integration-related question, the experts can best answer it. I suggest you, please get in touch with our Adobe Sign Enterprise support team to get the correct information about this. You may contact them using the steps in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html.

Thanks,
