Hi,

When clicking on Fill & Sign tab to sign a PDF document electronically, instead of the usual option the page goes blank. Any ideas? Thank you

It seems that you are using either Adobe Acrobat Reader / Adobe Acrobat to add the signature to your PDF.

Could you please confirm the dot version of the application installed on your system.

Take help from here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC to check the dot version.

Try once to Repair the installation. Launch the application and go to Help menu > Repair Installation.

Also, make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

Hi Gholamm,

Assuming that you are using the Fill & Sign option in Adobe Sign.

Please let us know when you click on the Fill & sign option, do you get any error message.

Did you try to open the Adobe Sign on an alternate browser? If not please try once.

Also, try to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

If you still experience the issue please share the screenshot of the page you get when you try to use the Fill & sign option.

Let us know if you need any help.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thanks Meenakshi; no browser involved. I make a PDF of a Word document and sign it
electronically (as I have been doing forever). What happens now is (see the two
screenshots below to put it in pictorial form); it doesn’t bring up the page to
put my signature above my name, instead it gives me a blank page.

Thanks again

Thanks Meenakshi; I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC and that solved the problem (somehow, it had gone bad and the Reader had taken over by default). Best
