Signatures not showing up on stamp after completed

Before I upload my file to AdobeSign, I add a stamp on the pdf. Then, I upload the file on AdobeSign and place signatures and dates ontop of the stamp before sending. But my signed agreement comes back with no visible signatures on the stamp or anywhere on the agreement. It's like they disappeared. 

Why is this happening, pkease advise!

Please share the complete workflow you do to add the stamp, upload a file, sign it, and send it. It would be helpful if you could share the sample file on which the issue occurs. We will try to reproduce the issue on our end.

Share the screenshot to better understand the issue. Also, please check if it happens with a particular file. Try testing with other files.
