Today, two team members have exeprienced fully signed documents, where the "Signed and Filed" Email has been received, but the document remains on the "In Progress" screen instead of moving to the "Completed" screen. They have logged on/off of both Adobe Sign and their PC but the issue still wasn't resolved. Is there currently an issue with Adobe Sign?

A different issue has occurred where a team member received an Adobe Sign Email stating "We were unable to create your document... due to a timeout." At the time the email was sent, this document had been successfully sent out and 3 people had already signed it. Again, is there currently an issue with Adobe Sign?
