It seems that for a few days now when a workflow is completed the fully signed PDF document is not being named properly. It should be naming the file whatever is populated in the 'Document Name' field, but instead it is using the generic name of the template file. For example, the Document Name may have been populated as 'FY25 Transfer Request to XXXX Department - 05.27.2025' but the fully signed file that is being distributed is just called 'Balance Tranfer - signed.pdf'. This requires us no manually rename each file after saving it.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.
Please update the file name when sending the document for signature. We see that you are using the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan. Ensure that the file naming settings are set as required under the Account settings. Please check the screenshot below.
If you do not have the administrator rights, please get in touch with the administrator of the Acrobat Sign in your organization to check and make the necessary changes.
