Hi,
We have a new problem since mid March 2022 where some users are unable to open the final and sealed document that is sent out when all signees are done. They get the below information , sorry its in Swedish but it says in short you need to install Acrobat Reader . Is there a
work-around or some information about this? Because this was never a problem before.
In the beginning it was a few of the customers but now the problem is growing rapidly.
I have this problem and I have Adobe Acrobat DC installed.
