This is pretty lame. It's just a text field that we could easily edit ourselves! Why the need for an upcharge??

I just spent 20 minutes of my life digging through the pages reference and links to pdfs and I don't the the word "subject" anywhere.
One sections says this (Please explain in more detail how the subject line can be changed even for enterprise users):
These are the multiple components that make up the PleaseSign email. Each of these components can be updated or removed to achieve what you want.
1) Brand/Logo (optional)
2) Agreement Thumbnail (optional)
3) Sender has sent you Agreement to sign (optional, verbiage
can be changed)
4) Agreement message (optional)
5) CTA (required, verbiage can be changed)
6) After you sign (optional, verbiage can be changed)
7) Delegate option (optional, verbiage can be changed)
8) Expiration notice (required if checked, verbiage can be
changed)
9) Confidentiality notice (optional)
10) Echosign notice (optional)
PleaseSign commonly used variables
• Agreement Message (Component 4, indicates the text that was used as the agreement message in the send process)
• Esign link (Component 5, contains the link to access and sign the agreement)
• Expiration date (Component 8, tells expiration date to finish, will be null if there is no expiration date set)
These are the multiple components that make up the
Signed and Filed email. Each of these components can be
updated or removed to achieve what you want.

Update, I figured out how to make semi custom subject lines. Not through this webpage however. I can't shorten the defualt text. But if in the CSV field I have two columns titled:
Agreement_Name | Agreement_Message |
The Agreement_Name column semi customized the email subject line. It is still very long, but I can at least get a custom subject per email (in Excel I use "&" to combine two other columns to insert individual names along with the remaining Subject line). When I get the custom name in, the subject line is now more than 11 words long with the Adobe auto formated subject line, but at least the custom name appears first in the Subject line so this works for me.

Once again, Adobe ignores the very many small users who can't afford or doesn't need the enterprise level version of Adobe Acrobat.
