'Submit' button disappeared when upload it to web form

Hi, 

I create PDF form with submit button but when i upload it to Acrobat sign > publish web form the button disapeared. 

I create to button, one to send the form to my email and another button to save the document in SharePoint online.

When sending through Adobe Sign all fields get flattend.  The completed form will always get back to you (and you can access it through your Sign console).  You can add the sharepoint location in the workflow so it automatically sends it.
