Template on iPad

Hey, we currently use paper to conduct inductions with no employees around a premises, the 'inductor' and the employee then sign the sheets to confirm they've been shown specific things around the premises etc.

I want to be able to do this on an iPad and come away from paper, I was hoping I could use fill and sign using a saved template in the account, however I don't see how I can use our templates?

Does Adobe support this method?

Yes, templates can be used in Adobe.  But not with Acrobat Reader (free version).  Refer to the comparison chart I have attached for reference.
