Why does the option for TEMPLATES not show up under the SIGN tab even when I'm sign into my account?

Both Field Templates and Document templates are available in Adobe Sign but it depends on the plan of Adobe Sign you have purchased it you have the individual plan it is not available but is available for small businessm, business and enterprise plans, see https://www.adobe.com/hk_en/sign/pricing/compare-plans.html for more detail as to what is available in your plan.

Unfortunately, I have the correct type of account and it is not available. The link has disappeared from the tools page (on desktop, cloud, and mobile) it was available to me earlier in the day but has since gone. This was one of the main features that sold me on a team account because that function is vital for our company. I'm very frustrated.

Are you able to access your templates from the Manage Tab?

See screenshot if you can then you can access it and use it from there

Also try clearing your browser cache before logging in again.

Turns out you have to be signed into documentcloud.adobe, not just your local version to have this feature.
