Hi,
I'm facing a problem regarding e-signing document that is previously downloaded from Adobe Sign.
So:
After a document is downloaded from Adobe Sign (and previously also signed via Adobe Sign Software), I am unable to sign the same document digitally but via certificate on Adobe Reader.
The option: Digitally sign (when I open PDF document), is unavaible (to click and opt for)/inaccessible.
Is this a general problem (all documents downloaded from Adobe Sign Softvare are "protected" this way) or this depends on a type of Adobe Reader license I own on my PC?
Thank you in advance.

Once a document is signed it cannot be altered or used to request signatures again. Integral part of the document beinfgSECURED after signing.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
If you have downloaded the signed document from Acrobat Sign, you cannot make any changes or add a signature to it. The document gets encrypted once it is signed and filed. After that, it is not possible to make any changes to the document.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
