Hi there,

I am trying to add another user/email address to my Adobe Pro account but cannot find where to do this. Any and all help would be very much appreciated!

Could you please confirm if you are trying to add a new user to the Acrobat Sign account?

Or are you trying to change the email address for the Adobe account?

Do you receive any error messages? If yes, please share it with us.

 

Please ensure that in both cases, use an email address that is not registered for Acrobat Sign before.

You can use only one email address for an account. If there is already an account with the email address you wish to use, you will not be able to update it for a new account.
