Unable to send AdobeSign Document to a specific user

I am currently unable to send an AdobeSign document to a specific email. I have tried sending the AdobeSign document through the UI, the API as well as through the Salesforce integration.

 

I am able to send the documents to any other user I have tried except this user (using all 3 methods listed above). Originally I was able to add this user as an alternate signer to get around this issue but it seems that i can no longer do this either.

 

If the specific user email is needed please let me know and I will provide it.

 

I have attached a screenshot of the message I see when I try to send a document using the UI to this specific user.

 

Also this is not document/template specific as I have tried all combinations of generation method/email/document and only the specific user has an issue with having a document generated.


Also I have asked the user if they have some sort of "Do not contact" with AdobeSign and they have said to their knowledge they do not.
