Unresolved AdobeSign Support Case

Hello - I opened a support case in mid July due to issues being unable to integration AdobeSign with Salesforce. The case is still unresolved and our project ia very delayed. 

I attempted to message Adobe on social media. Someone told me they would assist and now my messages are being ignored.

 

Hoping someone from Adobe will contact me.
