Hello,
I didn't get a clear answer on this. When I sent a document for signature to someone. I need her to click the upload file button to attach the necessary file to that document before she can submit it. Adobe Tech Team, please help me on this as I keep on trying adobe sign and acrobat features, but failed. Thanks for the help.

As per your description above, it seems that you wish to add a form field where users can attach files while filling the document.
In Adobe Sign, there is a form field option "File Attachment" that is used to attach the required additional document. However, the feature is available with the Adobe Sign team, business, and enterprise plan.
We did check your account and see that you have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan. The option is not available with this plan.
