upload/select images and send within PDF form

Hey community,

it would be great if someone could help me with my problem.

I have created a form and would like images to be sent when the form is sent as pdf.
As the person completing the form, you can upload/select images which will be sent via email when sent button.

How do I do that?
I created the 30 day trial version of Adobe Acrobat Sign specifically for this purpose.

It would be great if someone could tell me where I can find the function.
